Birthdays Report

    Lists all the students in the school for a particular year, along with their birthdays. The report can be grouped by Birth Year or by Birth Month.

    Parameters
    Term - which term the students are retrieved from
    Teacher - which teacher to shows students for, if left blank, will include all teachers
    List By - how to group the report (Birth Month or Birth Year)
