The Patron Notices Report

    The Notices report can be accessed from the left-hand side under the Reports header, or by going to Blanks Forms in All Reports. The report was designed to make generating notices for your patrons easier. There are options for Hot Lunch, School Visitation, Teacher's Meetings, Achievement Tests, and your own custom message. They can be personalized for the patrons. Or set custom text. You've got options!

    Parameters
    Term - the term to get the Patron's names from (if you choose to personalize the messages)
    Notice Type - the type of wording to be displayed
    Custom Text - if you've chosen Custom for the Notice Type, then type your message here to display
    Show Patron's Names - whether or not to show the Patron's names, or just To our patrons:
    Date - the date on which the event will occur
    Duration - the duration of the event - which will also be used in the wording
