The Library Kiosk

    Introduced in v3.2, Candle allows you to specify users as Library Guests. Users with this privilege can check books in/out but only by scanning a valid library card. They cannot search for and choose other users.

    1. To set this privilege, first create a new user. Setup > Authorized Users > New Users
    2. After the user is created you will be directed to the index page where you can see all the users.
    3. Click the user you just created.
    4. At the license key option, select any license key.
    5. Check the Is Library Guest box in the roles table
    6. Click Save
