Entering Secretaries and Principals

One common report available is the Teachers report. But how do we enter secretaries or principals?

Adding a principal or Secretary

1. First, edit an existing family or teacher. (Contacts > Families > Family Name or Contacts > Faculty > Teacher Name)
2. Find the Contact Groups for the father or teacher. This section displays all the groups this father or teacher belongs to. (e.g. ParentsPastoral Advisors, and/or Board Member, etc.)
3. Click Add Role below the table, then select Faculty Team in the first dropdown, and principal or secretary. If he/she is an assistant, check the box provided. Term starting and ending dates can also be chosen. If you would like to provide the consecutive terms, an input is also provided for this.


When you are completed, click Save at the top of the page, or press Ctrl + S.

Running the Teachers Report

To view board members for the school...
1. Click Reports in the sidebar.
2. Find the Contact Lists section and click the Teachers report.
3. All the current teachers will appear on the report.
