Your Own Domain
If your school or church already owns a domain, for example, greenmeadowschurch.org, we can add a subdomain for the software. This would look like candle.greenmeadowschurch.org. The subdomain can be anything you choose.
We will work with your hosting provider to setup the subdomain. (This time would be billable)
Our Domains
Free of charge, we provide our customers with several domains that they can prepend their choice of a subdomain to. These domains are:
- candle.school
- candle.cloud
- weaverland.school (reserved for Weaverland Conference schools)
After setup, you would access your system at, for example, my_school_name.candle.school, or my_school_name.candle.cloud.
New Domains
We purchase domains for our customers if you prefer your own domain entirely. All reservation charges are passed through to you.
