Local Installations
If you have the Candle server installed on your computer, you can fix this issue yourself.
1. Click the Start menu.
2. Search for "services"
3. Click on the Services app that appears.
4. The Services windows will open. Find Candle Webserver in the list.
5. Right-click it, and choose Restart.
Remote Installations
If we are providing the Candle service for you, please reach out to us and inform us of the error. We will already know about the issue, but this will allow us to contact you when the service is back up.
