I found a bug!

Found a bug? Great! Before reporting it though, please check a few things:
- make sure you have the newest version of Candle (check the version on the help page, then check our website)
- think through the steps you took to crash/break the system

Finally, give us a call or email and describe the problem in lots of detail. 🙂
If you feel you've installed an update that was supposed to fix a problem and didn't, try uninstalling Candle and re-installing the latest version from our website. (your data will not be removed on your PC, even after an uninstall/update)
